RedFox Games Privacy Policy

This User Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you("User") and REDFOX GAMES CORP. ("REDFOX GAMES") for products and services offered by REDFOX GAMES and/or its affiliates' gaming platforms (including service that REDFOX GAMES' website and games is providing and may provide in the future, referred to "Products and Services").

Important Notes

• 1、This Agreement is signed and effective on the date User acquires and uses the game andservices of REDFOX GAMES. This Agreement is signed in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and if anydispute arises between parties regarding content of this Agreement or its implementation (including but not limited to contractual or other property rights disputes), the parties shall negotiate amicably to resolve it; otherwise, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of REDFOX GAMES location.

• 2、Read the contents of this agreement carefully (especially the contents in bold font). If user not agree to any content of the agreement, please do not register or use any products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES. If the user enters the registration process and checks the box "I have read and agree to the User Service Agreement and Privacy Agreement", it means that the user and REDFOX GAMES have reached an agreement and voluntarily accept all the contents of this Agreement and the User Privacy Agreement. Thereafter, the user shall not make any form of defense that he/she has not read/agreed to the content of this Agreement and the User Privacy Agreement.

• 3、Please note that REDFOX GAMES may modify and update the Agreement, users agree to check the latest version of this Agreement on their own. Please read and understand this Agreement carefully before using REDFOX GAMES' products (or services) to ensure that the latest version of this Agreement is always understood. If user does not agree with or accept the content of this agreement, please do not use the products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES, otherwise it is deemed that the user agrees to accept the revised content of this agreement.

• 4、REDFOX GAMES especially reminds users to carefully read all the terms of this agreement, especially the terms that exempt or limit the game liability of REDFOX GAMES (such terms usually contain words such as "not responsible", "not guaranteed"), the terms that limit the rights of users (such terms usually contain words such as "shall not", "should not", "not allowed", "prohibited"), legal Application and Dispute Resolution Provisions. These terms shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and such terms are usually highlighted in red.

1.Services

• 1.1. REDFOX GAMES products and services are provided by REDFOX GAMES according to the actual situation, such as online games, mobile software, forums (BBS), chat rooms, emails, etc. REDFOX GAMES reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all products and services at any time.

• 1.2. REDFOX GAMES may charge some users certain amount of fee to providing products and services. In such cases, there will be a clear indication on the relevant page. If users do not agree to pay, they can choose not to accept the corresponding products and services.

• 1.3. REDFOX GAMES provides products and services to users through equipment accessing Internet, other equipments related to the products and services (such as computers, cell phones, modems and other devices related to Internet access) and the required fees (such as telephone and Internet access fees paid for Internet access) shall be borne by the users themselves.

• 1.4. Users shall use the licensed software to receive the products and services, and the cost of the software shall be borne by the users themselves.

2.User account name and password

• 2.1. After reading and agreeing to this Agreement, and successfully completing the registration, the user becomes a registered user of REDFOX GAMES and obtains a REDFOX GAMES user account (hereinafter referred to as "REDFOX GAMES Account"). The password corresponding to the account can be modified through REDFOX GAMES official customer service or by themself.

• 2.2. The user is fully responsible for the custody of the REDFOX GAMES account and password, and all actions taken with the account and password. REDFOX GAMES prohibits users from selling, transferring, lending, or sharing REDFOX GAMES accounts or passwords to others. REDFOX GAMES is not responsible for any illegal use of the user's REDFOX GAMES account or password due to the user's custodial negligence or any third party's actions, and any consequences arising therefrom.

• 2.3. If users find that their REDFOX GAMES accounts or passwords are illegally used by others or have abnormal use, should promptly notify REDFOX GAMES in accordance with the processing methods announced by REDFOX GAMES from time to time, and have the right to request REDFOX GAMES to suspend the login and use of the account. REDFOX GAMES has the right to decide whether to suspend the login and use of the user's account based on the results of the user's identity verification.

• 2.4. If the user chooses to quickly log into the game without registering a user account through "Quick Game", "Guest" or other similar convenient modes (hereinafter referred to as "Guest Mode"), please bind a email in time after logging in; if the user does not bind a user account, once the user chooses to uninstall or reinstall REDFOX GAMES' products/game, or the user's mobile device or computer is damaged, the products or game app cannot start normally, the user's entire game data, game records and other content in Guest Mode will not be able to be checked or restored.

3.Account Registration Information

• 3.1. Provide registration information

• （1）When applying for a REDFOX GAMES account (or adding information after registration), users shall provide up-to-date, detailed, true and accurate registration information. The aforementioned personal registration information includes: the user's REDFOX GAMES account name, password and all information entered when registering for a REDFOX GAMES account (or when supplementing or updating account information). Users hereby promise: Users should register as users of REDFOX GAMES with their real identity in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and the relevant guidelines provided by REDFOX GAMES. Ensure that the personal identity data information provided is true, complete and valid, and bear the corresponding legal responsibility for the information provided in accordance with the legal provisions and the agreement of the necessary terms and conditions, and some of the functions of the REDFOX GAMES account may be restricted for users who do not have real name authentication. REDFOX GAMES shall provide users with the necessary assistance and support such as proof of account registrant and original registration information, and provide relevant evidence and information materials to relevant administrative organs and judicial organs as needed.

• （2）All personal registration information provided by the user may be used by REDFOX GAMES as the sole basis for determining the relevance of the REDFOX GAMES account and for identifying the user. The user agrees to provide proof of such information at any time upon the request of REDFOX GAMES in order for REDFOX GAMES to verify the identity of the user.

• （3）If the information provided by the user is inaccurate, untrue, illegal and invalid, or has been changed and not updated in time, or there is any suspicion of misleading, REDFOX GAMES has the right to suspend or terminate the user's use of any services of REDFOX GAMES until the user provides information that meets the requirements. REDFOX GAMES shall notify the user of the suspension measures and inform the user of the suspension period, which shall be reasonable, and REDFOX GAMES shall promptly resume the service to the user upon the expiration of the suspension period.

• （4）REDFOX GAMES has the right to examine whether the identity information provided by the user's registration is true and valid, and shall actively take reasonable measures such as technology and management to protect the security and validity of the user's account; the user has the obligation to properly keep account and password, and use account and password correctly and safely. If any party fails to fulfill the above obligations and causes damage the rights of the other party due to the loss of the account password or theft of the account, the party shall bear the legal responsibility arising therefrom.

• 3.2 Modify registration information

• User has right to update or modify the information provided by the user when applying for registration at any time by logging into the official website of REDFOX GAMES, on the "User Center" page, or through other means published by REDFOX GAMES. REDFOX GAMES shall provide this service for them in a timely and effective manner.

• Users agree that all information, data and records related to their REDFOX GAMES accounts (including but not limited to login records, post-login behavior records, point card information, etc.) shall be subject to the data recorded by the REDFOX GAMES system.

4.Information Disclosure and Protection

• 4.1. The registration information described in Article 3 of this Agreement, as well as the non-public information stored within the control of REDFOX GAMES when users use the products and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "User Information"), shall be disclosed and protected in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

• 4.2. To provide better products and services, REDFOX GAMES may collect user information, analyze and integrate such information. When users use REDFOX GAMES' products and services, the server may automatically record some user information, which will become part of REDFOX GAMES' business confidential.

• 4.3. Protect the privacy of users (especially youth users) is a basic principle of REDFOX GAMES. REDFOX GAMES has always actively taken reasonable measures in terms of technology and management to ensure the safety and confidentiality of user information.

• 4.4. Except for the following cases listed in this article, REDFOX GAMES guarantees not to disclose or provide user information to the public or to third parties:

• The user (or the user's guardian) requests or agrees to the disclosure of user information by REDFOX GAMES.

• Relevant laws and regulations requirement.

• Judicial or administrative authorities based on legal procedures.

• To protect the legitimate rights and interests of REDFOX GAMES (intellectual property rights and other rights and interests) in the event of litigation or arbitration against the user.

• To protect the interests of other users and the public in emergency situations.

• Other situations where REDFOX GAMES Games deems it necessary to disclose user information in accordance with other terms of this Agreement.

• 4.5. To provide products and services to users normally, REDFOX GAMES may transmit some user information to the technical service providers of REDFOX GAMES, affiliates of REDFOX GAMES or other third parties, and REDFOX GAMES will transmit user information to these third parties. Third parties promise that they are legally qualified to operate and will bear at least the same confidentiality obligations as REDFOX GAMES. Users understand and agree to this.

• 4.6. Without disclosing the private information of individual users, REDFOX GAMES has the right to technically analyze the entire user information database and to commercially exploit the analyzed and organized user database.

• 4.7. REDFOX GAMES will take reasonable and practicable measures common to the industry to protect the security of users' personal information. REDFOX GAMES uses commonly available security technologies and procedures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use or leakage, including but not limited to: firewall and data backup measures; data center access rights restrictions; encryption of identifying information on mobile terminals, etc.

5.Rights of users

• 5.1. Users may use the products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES in accordance with this Agreement and other rules published and changed by REDFOX GAMES from time to time.

• 5.2. Users can voluntarily choose to bind to the pages provided by REDFOX GAMES through their cell phones, so that they can get the game activities, preferential information and other contents provided by REDFOX GAMES in the first time.

• 5.3. Users have the right to monitor whether REDFOX GAMES and REDFOX GAMES staff provide products and services to users in accordance with the standards published by REDFOX GAMES during the use of the products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES, and to make comments and suggestions related to products and services to REDFOX GAMES at any time.

• 5.4. If the user does not agree with the terms of this agreement, or disagrees with the terms later modified or updated by REDFOX GAMES, or is dissatisfied with the products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES, the user may choose to stop using the products and services of REDFOX GAMES at any time. If the user chooses to stop using the products and services of REDFOX GAMES, REDFOX GAMES will no longer assume any obligations and responsibilities to the user.

6.User Code of Conduct

• 6.1. Users agree to accept and use the products and services of REDFOX GAMES by regulating their behavior in accordance with various rules, including this Agreement, as published or changed by REDFOX GAMES from time to time. Users have rights and responsibilities under the law for actions arising from the account they hold after logging in. User further agrees to bear the consequences of violation and liability for breach of contract in the event of violation of these rules in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 14, Paragraph 15, Article 14 and other relevant provisions of this Agreement.

• 6.2. During the use of the REDFOX GAMES account, the user shall comply with the laws and regulations related to the release of information on the Internet and the norms of the general morality and etiquette of the Internet that usually apply, and the user will bear full responsibility for the content of the information released by the user. All kinds of information published by the user shall not contain the following contents.

• Violates the basic principles established by the Constitution

•Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity.

• Damage to national honor and interests

• Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity.

• Undermining national religious policy and promoting evil cults and feudal superstitions.

• Spreading rumors, disturbing the social order and destabilizing the society.

•Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist information or abetting crime.

•Insulting, slandering or maliciously attacking others with words, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

• Infringement of any third party's intellectual property, copyright or public/private rights.

• Violation of social morality, humanistic ethics, customs and traditions.

• Disruption of the normal order of the game.

• Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

• 6.3. User's REDFOX GAMES account, characters name, legion name and so on in the game should abide by the principles of legality and health, and do not allow the use of names that include but are not limited to those involving race, religion, politics, national leaders, obscenity, vulgarity, slander, intimidation, fraudulent, offensive, insulting, likely to cause misunderstanding, prohibited drugs and other content.

• 6.4. Users shall be responsible for their words and actions in the game and, in particular, shall not：

•Disseminating or spreading information that is vulgar, indecent, or contrary to public order and morals by any means or behavior.

•Disseminate or spread false information to other users by any means or actions impersonating the platform or game system

• Causing strife by any means or means

•Distribute or spread or use self-service, Trojan horses, plug-ins, viruses, and such information by any means or act

•Disseminating or spreading information on behalf of the trainer by any means or behavior

• By any means, act of dissemination or conduct of game account, virtual currency, virtual props in non-REDFOX GAMES game approved platform for trading (also known as "offline trading")

• Mass dissemination of the same, similar phrases or meaningless text, or any information unrelated to the Red Fox Gaming Platform and its games.

• Promote and encourage any violence outside the virtual world of the game

• Disclosing any game-world and real-world information related to other users, non-users or the Red Fox Gaming Platform.

• Propagating or publishing illegal information, information that violates social morality, or information that is detrimental to the construction of spiritual civilization, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, cultism, terrorism, etc.

• Dissemination of any kind of advertising information and advertising links by any means or conduct.

• Posting remarks or information that denigrate or attack REDFOX GAMES.

•Other statements or behaviors that do not comply with laws and regulations, social ethics or game rules

• 6.5. Users shall not interfere with or obstruct the normal provision of products and services by REDFOX GAMES. In particularly,

• Attacking, hacking or overloading REDFOX GAMES' web servers

• Crack and modify the client program provided by REDFOX GAMES

• Attacking or hacking game servers or game server side programs of REDFOX GAMES or overloading the game servers

• Unreasonably interfere with or hinder others from using the products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES

• Use bugs and errors (bugs) in the program to disrupt the normal operation of the game or to spread the bug or error (bug)

• Directly or indirectly using game bugs (including loophole, unreasonable phenomena in game system, procedures, settings, etc.), program loopholes, illegal means to make profits or disrupt the game order, violate the game rules, or using game bugs or program loopholes through illegal means to modify game data for personal purposes.

• Production, use, release, dissemination of any form of auxiliary tools or programs that hinder the fairness of the game (refers to any file or program used to gain an advantage in the game, but not part of the REDFOX GAMES platform or each game software), including cheating nature of the plug-in and related auxiliary nature of the plug-in, etc. (including but not limited to automatic fighting, automatic leveling, automatic medicine, automatic completion of tasks, accelerated nature or beyond the scope of the game settings and other operations).

• Unauthorized modification of the client program to change or add or reduce the functions predetermined by the REDFOX GAMES platform, or any behavior that causes the data sent by the client to the server to be abnormal.

• Maliciously pull people or engage in any unfair competition within the games or services provided by REDFOX GAMES, including but not limited to maliciously releasing information about the opening of games operated by REDFOX GAMES, opening activities, as well as all the opening bonus policies, channel recharge premium rebates, or offensive and defamatory remarks or using text, pictures, audio and video containing obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, superstition and other unhealthy/illegal content to induce other users or using guilds to guide the original users of REDFOX GAMES into other games or services not operated by REDFOX GAMES.

• 6.6. Users must not disrupt the game. In particularly,

• Interfering with other users' games by staying in special locations or sensitive areas (including, but not limited to, event registrants, "immigration messengers", teleporters, teleportation points, etc.) for long periods of time.

• Conducting malicious PK, clearing, extortion, blackmail, etc.

• Threatening to engage in or inciting other users or non-users to engage in behavior that is not normal game content (including but not limited to marching, mobbing, etc.)

• Fraud inside and outside the game by impersonating other people's friends with characters with similar nicknames, impersonating NPCs or official characters, etc.

• 6.8. Users must take care of their own account and password, due to the user's reasons resulting in account and password leakage and the consequences will be the user's own responsibility.

• 6.9. Rules for dealing with improper profit-making behavior

• The user undertakes not to engage in game behavior or trade virtual items for profit, and any situation in which the user engages in game behavior or trades virtual items for profit will be regarded as making improper profits, including but not limited to,

• Registering multiple user accounts and/or game character IDs for the purpose of playing for profit

• Engage in in-game play with a single or series of outputs and sell the virtual items obtained for profit

• Profit from buying and selling virtual items on different servers, taking advantage of the difference in value of virtual items on different servers.

• Acting as an intermediary for trading game accounts and virtual goods to collect fees for profit.

•Trading user accounts or virtual goods for profit on trading platforms that are not provided or approved by REDFOX GAMES.

• Virtual items obtained in the game for sale for profit without paying attention to the improvement of their own character strength, multiple skills, cultivation, equipment, summoned beast level with a large difference between the character level.

• Using game behavior and game content to organize or participate in gambling, commit or participate in committing theft of other people's property or virtual goods and other suspected illegal and criminal acts.

• Any other in-game profit-making behavior that does not serve the purpose of normal game entertainment interaction.

•6.10. Users shall not use the products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES to engage in the following activities:

•Without permission, access to the REDFOX GAMES computer information network system or the use of computer information network system resources

•Without permission, the deletion, modification or addition of computer information network functions.

•Without permission, the access to computer information networks in the storage, processing or transmission of data and applications to delete, modify or add.

•Intentional production, dissemination of computer viruses and other destructive programs

• Other acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.

• 6.11. The user agrees to use the monitoring data in the game program as a basis for determining whether the user has cheated in the game through the use of plug-in programs and other methods.

• 6.12. If REDFOX GAMES finds that the user's behavior or data is abnormal, it can observe and record the user's behavior, and use the results of the observation and recording as the basis for judging whether the user has committed a violation of the user code of conduct of this agreement.

• REDFOX GAMES actively protects the safety of users' accounts, virtual goods and virtual currency, and to this end, REDFOX GAMES will launch a severe crackdown on number theft and number theft related acts. If REDFOX GAMES finds or suspects the existence of number theft and number theft related acts including but not limited to the following, it has the right to deal with them in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6.13, paragraph 6.14, Article 14 and other relevant clauses of this Agreement as appropriate. At the same time, REDFOX GAMES reserves the right to further pursue: (1) theft of accounts; (2) theft of virtual items; (3) theft of virtual currency; (4) theft of accounts or/and passwords; (5) transfer of items under abnormal IPs; (6) other number theft and number theft related acts. In order to maintain the fairness and order of the game, even if the user does not actively participate in number theft, but the user's items come from number theft or number theft related acts, REDFOX GAMES has the right to recall and freeze the items and accounts involved in number theft at its own discretion. Users should cooperate with REDFOX GAMES in the investigation of number theft and number theft related acts. Users should consciously maintain the order of the game, and REDFOX GAMES has the right to deal with false complaints of number theft in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6.13, paragraph 6.14, Article 14 and other relevant clauses of this Agreement, as appropriate, if it finds or suspects the existence of false complaints of number theft.

• 6.13. If a user commits a violation of the user code of conduct described in this article, REDFOX GAMES has the right to impose one or more of the following penalties on the user, depending on the severity of the behavior, and the user shall bear the adverse consequences of such:

•Warnings: Warnings are educational orientations made for minor violations of game policies and are used as a way to properly manage the operation of the game.

•Message ban: Closes some or all of the offending user's chat channels and forcibly suspends the offending user character's online conversation function, making it impossible for that character to talk to other users until this penalty expires or is lifted.

• Forced offline: force the offending user to leave the current game and end the execution of the user's current game program

• Account suspension: Suspend or permanently terminate the offending user's right to log in to a particular game using their REDFOX GAMES account.

• Temporary quarantine: transfer the offending user's game character to a special game scene and restrict its partial game operation until this punishment expires or is cancelled.

• Delete Profile: Deletes the profile of the offending user in a game world, preventing the character from appearing in the game world again.

• Delete account: Permanently terminate the offending user's right to login to the REDFOX GAMES platform through the REDFOX GAMES account, including but not limited to the user's registration information, character information, level items, game currency and other game data in the database will be permanently blocked.

• Recovery of game virtual goods: The game virtual goods, including but not limited to game virtual currency and virtual goods, acquired by the offending user due to fraud or other violations, are recovered.

• Modify name: Force to modify the name of the offending user's forum nickname, game character or gang, etc.

• Disband organizations: Disband organizations such as gangs and guilds established by the offending user.

• Backward deduction of values: Deductions are made for game character game values, including but not limited to game character level, money, experience, etc.

• Banned IP: Temporarily or permanently prohibit the offending user from logging into a certain server of a certain game at a certain abnormal IP.

• Revoke the transaction: Revoke the illegal transaction made by the user through the authorized or designated trading platform/website of REDFOX GAMES, and restore the game virtual goods paid by both sides of the transaction.

• Transaction restriction: temporarily freeze the game virtual goods or game account involved in the illegal transactions conducted by the user in the authorized/designated trading platform of REDFOX GAMES, and continuously examine the user's in-game behavior within the specified period. If the user does not violate the rules again within the specified period, the corresponding game virtual goods or game account will be automatically unfrozen upon expiration; if the user violates the rules again within the specified period, or if REDFOX GAMES determines that the violation exists, REDFOX GAMES has the right to deduct the user's game account and/or game virtual goods.

• Assume legal responsibility: If the offending user's misconduct causes damage to others or to REDFOX GAMES, or is contrary to the provisions of existing laws, the offending user shall assume the corresponding civil, administrative and/or criminal responsibility in accordance with the law, for example, if the user violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party in the course of playing the game and results in a claim by the right holder, the user shall be directly responsible.

• 6.14．If a user commits a violation of the user code of conduct described in this article, REDFOX GAMES also has the right to require the offending user to assume liability to REDFOX GAMES for breach of contract, including but not limited to restoration of the status quo ante, elimination of the impact, compensation for direct and indirect losses or additional costs and expenses caused to REDFOX GAMES, and recovery by REDFOX GAMES from the offending user after REDFOX GAMES has first assumed liability for administrative penalties or tort damages resulting from the offending user's conduct.

• 6.15. Users can only trade game virtual goods or game accounts within the game or through the trading platform authorized/designated by REDFOX GAMES (if any, REDFOX GAMES will notify through the official website announcement, in-game announcement, cell phone SMS or other ways that can be clearly notified to users). For users to conduct other transactions on any platform not approved by REDFOX GAMES in advance (including but not limited to the user through the third party for recharge or in-game virtual goods purchase, game account trading, etc.), REDFOX GAMES will be severely combat and punishment. REDFOX GAMES has the right to take one or more processing measures according to this agreement depending on the specific situation, and if the circumstances are serious, REDFOX GAMES reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility of the user.

7.Game Management

• 7.1. Game information transfer. REDFOX GAMES has the right to arrange splitting or merging of game servers according to the status of product and service provision. The user knows and agrees that REDFOX GAMES has the right to transfer the user's character information and character files in the game to other game servers according to its own operation arrangement. Such transfer does not affect the user's continued use of REDFOX GAMES' game services, and therefore does not constitute a breach of contract.

8.Fee rate policy

• 8.1. The user has the right to decide independently whether to pay the corresponding fees according to the charging items (including but not limited to the right to use the virtual props in the game and other value-added services) and the charging standards determined by REDFOX GAMES itself, in order to obtain the corresponding game services. User will not be able to obtain the corresponding game services without pay the corresponding fees according to the corresponding standards.

• 8.2. The user knows and agrees that the change or adjustment of charge items or charge standards is a normal business practice, and the user shall not ask REDFOX GAMES to compensate or compensate for the change or adjustment of charge items or charge standards.

• 8.3. The user knows and agrees that if the user uses legal tender to recharge the game to purchase or exchange game virtual props and other value-added services, the purchased or exchanged game virtual props and other value-added services will not be refunded or exchanged to legal tender, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.

•8.4 User knows and agrees that: REDFOX GAMES has the right to establish, add, modify value-added services and issue tokens (tokens refer to "in-game treasure, diamonds, or platform coins") in game.Tokens are obtained through the exchange of legal tender. Once legal tender is exchanged for tokens, the legal tender is considered to have been used, and tokens cannot be exchanged for legal tender; tokens are used to purchase the right to use relevant virtual props.Users may not request REDFOX GAMES to refund any fees paid to REDFOX GAMES ("Refund"), regardless of whether such fees have been consumed. No refunds or realizations will be made for recharge amounts, virtual currency, virtual props, etc. given by REDFOX GAMES in the course of providing products and services.

8.5 User knows and agrees that:REDFOX GAMES strictly prohibits third party recharging: users may only recharge in game or through REDFOX GAMES approved trading platform (if any). REDFOX GAMES strictly prohibits the use of loopholes, including but not limited to, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit card payments for refunds after topping up.

9.Virtual Items

• 9.1. All kinds of virtual goods provided by REDFOX GAMES (including but not limited to game platforms, games, forums), not limited to gold, silver, props, equipment, etc., the ownership of which belongs to REDFOX GAMES or its partners. Users can only have the right to use the virtual goods in accordance with the law and game rules. Users can only use them in accordance with the rules and regulations of the REDFOX GAMES, and may be allowed to use some of the virtual items through game behavior and recharge behavior. Once the user has purchased the right to use virtual props and tokens, he/she will be considered to have entered into the consumption process and may not request the return of the virtual props or refund for any reason.

• 9.2. If the services provided by REDFOX GAMES or the various virtual goods in the game have no special requirements on the usage period, the default user can continue to use them after obtaining the usage right until the termination of the corresponding services or games provided by REDFOX GAMES; if there are special requirement on the usage period, the usage period shall be subject to the period of special requirement (but no later than the termination of the corresponding services or games provided by REDFOX GAMES). If the usage period is exceeded, REDFOX GAMES has the right to withdraw its usage right at any time without notice to the user (the usage period will not be interrupted or suspended for any reason).

• 9.3. Except for massive server disconnection, REDFOX GAMES is not responsible for any loss of characters, virtual items or money caused by local network problems, personal operation problems or other reasons not attributable to REDFOX GAMES.

• 9.4. In view of the complexity of online trading, REDFOX GAMES does not support users to conduct offline trading of virtual goods and offline trading related behaviors (including but not limited to participating in offline trading, assisting offline traders in operation and transferring game virtual goods and a series of other behaviors), and does not protect any trading results generated by users conducting offline trading on their own, any problems or disputes occurring between users conducting offline trading behaviors, including but not limited to being defrauded of money or game virtual goods by false trading information, are not related to REDFOX GAMES, and users will be responsible for themselves, and REDFOX GAMES is not responsible for compensation or recovery of losses caused by fraud.

• 9.5. REDFOX GAMES does not support offline transactions and does not recognize the transaction results generated by users' offline transactions; the game virtual goods obtained by users through offline transactions on platforms/websites not designated by REDFOX GAMES or authorized by REDFOX GAMES will be deemed to be of sources not in compliance with the game rules; REDFOX GAMES has the right to take corresponding measures against the game virtual goods, game characters and REDFOX GAMES accounts involved in offline transactions and offline-transaction-related acts in accordance with the agreement in Article 6 of this Agreement.

10.Change of service method, content and transfer of personal data

• 10.1. REDFOX GAMES will endeavor to continuously provide products and services to users, but to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it does not exclude the possibility that REDFOX GAMES may cease to provide any products and services, nor does it exclude the possibility of any changes to the service methods and service contents of the game services or other network services.

• 10.2. In order to increase and enrich the content of the games and other network services provided by REDFOX GAMES, the games and game platform may be updated and adjusted from time to time in the operation of the games and game platform and the functions they contain. After the game and game platform is updated, all operations, contents and settings within the game and game platform will be subject to the content of the announcement in the game and game platform.

• 10.3. If REDFOX GAMES ceases to provide a product or service, or changes the manner or content of a product or service, REDFOX GAMES will notify the user in advance and make every effort to find an appropriate service provider to take over from REDFOX GAMES and continue to provide the product or service.

• 10.4. In the case described in paragraph 3 of this article and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, then REDFOX GAMES may transfer the user's personal data (including the relevant account and password information and personal data) to the party that continues to provide the service, and the user hereby agrees that REDFOX GAMES has the right to make such transfer and provide, and agrees that after REDFOX GAMES completes the transfer and provide, REDFOX GAMES will no longer have any obligation and responsibility for the user's original data. However, REDFOX GAMES does not guarantee to find an appropriate service provider or service method to continue provide products and services, nor the products and services would changed to meet the user's requirements.

• 10.5. Users can apply inquire or operate the user's game account with REDFOX GAMES authorized trading platform/website, after the application of the trading platform/website, REDFOX GAMES can inquire, freeze, transfer, update, change, unblock the user's account and other operations, and feedback the relevant operation content and results to the trading platform. However, the user knows and confirms that REDFOX GAMES is not responsible for any operation behavior or any operation results generated based on the application of the trading platform.

11.Service interruption or termination

• 11.1. If any of the following circumstances occur, REDFOX GAMES has the right to interrupt or terminate the game services and other network services under this agreement to users at any time, and REDFOX GAMES shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss arising therefrom:

• Untrue personal data provided by the user.

• Violates the user code of conduct set forth in this agreement

• 11.2. The user is clearly aware of the existence of the expiration date of the REDFOX GAMES account (the expiration date is subject to the public announcement of REDFOX GAMES), and agrees to log in to the REDFOX GAMES account from time to time to extend its expiration date, and the user is clearly aware that REDFOX GAMES has the right to cancel the REDFOX GAMES account that exceeds the expiration date and delete the information content in the account.

• After registering an account, if the user has no login record within 6 months and the account has never had any top-up record, REDFOX GAMES has the right to cancel the account and delete the information content in the account.

• For additional conditions for cancellation of accounts/characters for different products and services offered by REDFOX GAMES, please refer to the specific regulations for each product and service, or on the official websites of the relevant products and services.

• 11.3. In order to ensure the normal operation of the game platform and server, REDFOX GAMES needs to regularly or irregularly shut down the game, game platform and server for maintenance, or emergency shutdown for maintenance in case of emergencies. The user understands and agrees that REDFOX GAMES shall try its best to avoid service interruption and limit the interruption time to the shortest possible time.

• 11.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDFOX GAMES has the right to terminate or interrupt all or part of the services provided by the game server without prior notice for the continued stable operation of the game and server in one of the following cases, and REDFOX GAMES shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any inconvenience or loss arising therefrom:

• Regular inspections or construction, updating hardware and software, etc..

• The server suffered damage and is not functioning properly

•Sudden software and hardware equipment and electronic communication equipment failure

• Network provider line or other failures

• In case of emergency, in accordance with the provisions of the law or for the personal safety of the user and third parties

• Third party causes or other force majeure circumstances.

• 11.5. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the termination of products and services for any reason, after REDFOX GAMES publishes the termination of operation announcement, users shall take corresponding to dispose game and the virtual goods on the game platform by themselves within the announcement period. After the termination of the products and services, the user shall not require REDFOX GAMES to assume any form of compensation or liability for compensation other than the game virtual currency that the user has purchased but not yet used, including but not limited to compensation for no longer being able to use the game account, in-game virtual goods, etc.

12.Limited Warranty and Disclaimers

• 12.1. For all products and services, REDFOX GAMES makes limited warranties described in this section, and such limited warranties supersede any other warranties, express or implied, in any documents, packaging or other materials, if any.

• 12.2. REDFOX GAMES provides the relevant products, software or programs and any support services on an "AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" basis and warrants only that.

• The products and services offered by REDFOX GAMES can substantially meet the requirements officially announced by REDFOX GAMES.

• The relevant products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES are basically in line with the service commitments officially announced by REDFOX GAMES.

• REDFOX GAMES will only endeavor to resolve any problems encountered by REDFOX GAMES in the course of providing its products and services to the extent reasonably permitted by law.

• 12.3. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, REDFOX GAMES expressly disclaims all other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties and liabilities of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, and freedom from error.

• 12.4. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REDFOX GAMES does not warrant that the products and services provided by REDFOX GAMES will meet the user's requirements, that the products and services provided will be uninterrupted, or that the products and services will be timely, secure, and uninterrupted, or that no errors will occur, or that the information will be delivered accurately, timely, and smoothly.

• 12.5. The user understands and agrees that it is entirely up to the user to trust and use any information and materials obtained through REDFOX GAMES' products and services, and that the user assumes the risk of system damage, loss of data, and any other risks arising from such trust and use. REDFOX GAMES does not guarantee any information sent by any third party mentioned in the products and services (including but not limited to any product shopping services, transaction process, job information, etc.).

• 12.6. In case of system failure, security vulnerability (Security Vulnerability), program defect (Bug), program error, etc., REDFOX GAMES has the right to restore the game's data to a certain date in order to maintain the balance of the game. Users shall not demand compensation or damages for this reason.

• 12.7. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDFOX GAMES shall not be liable to users for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, breach of privacy, failure to exercise any duty of care, including good faith or reasonable care, negligence and any other pecuniary loss or other loss) arising out of the use of REDFOX GAMES' products and services. These damages may result from improper use of the products and services by the user or others, purchase of goods or similar services online, transactions on the Internet not designated or authorized by REDFOX GAMES, illegal use of the services, or changes in information transmitted by the user.

• 12.8. REDFOX GAMES shall not be responsible for any service interruptions, loss of data or short messages sent by users, garbled codes, wrong reception, inability to receive, delayed reception, etc. caused by the failure of fixed and mobile communication networks of domestic and foreign basic telecommunication operators, various technical defects, coverage restrictions, force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, user location, user shutdown, partner factors, other people's intentional or negligent behavior or other reasons not within the technical capacity of REDFOX GAMES involved under this agreement.

• 12.9. The user is responsible for any consequences caused by personal mistakes, errors, improper operation, failure to authenticate with real name, etc. REDFOX GAMES will not provide any compensation or indemnity.

• 12.10. Users in the non-REDFOX GAMES prior approval of the third-party trading platform for transactions, the resulting transaction behavior, transaction results or any disputes with the trading platform, legal liability or the user's personal account and virtual property risks are not related to REDFOX GAMES.

13.Intellectual Property and Information Ownership

• 13.1. The game software (including games with client software and games without client software), other software, information, works and materials provided by REDFOX GAMES to users through products and services, and their copyrights, patents, exclusive rights of trademarks and other intellectual property rights are owned by REDFOX GAMES or their corresponding right holders. Unless legally authorized by REDFOX GAMES in writing in advance, no one shall use, copy, disseminate, forge, imitate, modify, adapt, translate, compile, publish, reverse engineer such as decompiling or disassembling without permission in any form, otherwise REDFOX GAMES shall have the right to immediately terminate the products and services provided to the user and pursue its responsibility for intellectual property infringement according to law and require the user to compensate REDFOX GAMES for all losses.

• 13.2. Any data information (including but not limited to account data information, character data information, level item data information, etc., except the user's name, ID number, telephone number and other personal identity data information) generated by the user in the process of using the products and services and stored in the servers of REDFOX GAMES belongs to the game or part of the game platform, which is owned and managed by REDFOX GAMES, and the user has the right to modify, transfer and dispose of the data information belonging to his account through the channels specified by REDFOX GAMES under the premise of complying with the rules of the game.

• 13.3. In order to ensure accuracy and avoid disputes, the user agrees to use the data and information about technical aspects involved in this agreement as the standard of judgment by the data stored in the servers of REDFOX GAMES, and REDFOX GAMES guarantees the authenticity of such data.

14.Damage Compensation

•If the user violates this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, and causes REDFOX GAMES, its subsidiaries, other affiliates, subsidiaries and their personnel, employees, agents and all other relevant performance support personnel to suffer damages or incur any derivative costs (including but not limited to paying all legal costs of the above-mentioned legal subjects to defend or claim litigation and related settlement for the user's breach or violation of the law), the user shall be liable for reimbursement of related costs and payment of damages.

15.Termination of Agreement

• Users shall comply with the provisions of this Agreement. REDFOX GAMES has the right to determine whether the user has violated this Agreement. If REDFOX GAMES determines that the user has violated this Agreement or any laws and regulations, REDFOX GAMES shall immediately suspend or terminate the user's account and delete all relevant information, files and any records in the user's account without prior notice to the user, as well as restrict, stop or cancel the user's eligibility to use.

16.Modification and interpretation rights

• 16.1. To provide products and services to users in a timely and better manner, based on the consideration of REDFOX GAMES itself, users and changing market conditions, REDFOX GAMES reserves the right to modify, add or delete the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time within the maximum applicable scope of the law. When modifying, adding or deleting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, REDFOX GAMES will announce the fact of modification, addition or deletion on the official website without individual notification to the user. If the user does not agree with the content modified, added or deleted by REDFOX GAMES, he/she may immediately stop using the services provided by REDFOX GAMES. If the user continues to use the services provided by REDFOX GAMES, it is deemed that the user agrees and accepts the modified, added and deleted contents of this agreement, and shall not demand any compensation or indemnity for this reason.

• 16.2. Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of REDFOX GAMES. REDFOX GAMES shall have the right to exercise its rights or perform its obligations under this Agreement through REDFOX GAMES' subsidiaries or other affiliated companies.

17.Advertisements and External Links

• 17.1. REDFOX GAMES' products and services may contain advertisements for other people's commercials or other event promotions. These contents are provided by the advertisers or providers of goods/services and bear the corresponding responsibility, and REDFOX GAMES only provides the medium for posting the contents. The transaction behavior of such services or goods purchased by users through REDFOX GAMES or websites linked to REDFOX GAMES exists only between users and the providers of such goods or services, and has nothing to do with REDFOX GAMES, and REDFOX GAMES is not liable for the transaction behavior arising between users and the providers of such goods or services.

• 17.2. Users may link to third party sites in the course of using REDFOX GAMES' products and services. The third party sites are not under the control of REDFOX GAMES, and REDFOX GAMES is not responsible for the content of any third party sites, any links contained in third party sites, or any changes or updates to third party sites. REDFOX GAMES provides these links to third-party sites to users only as a convenience, and the fact that REDFOX GAMES provides these links does not mean that REDFOX GAMES endorses the third-party site or that REDFOX GAMES guarantees its authenticity, completeness, timeliness, or trustworthiness. There is also no employment, appointment, agency, partnership or other similar relationship between these individuals, companies or organizations and REDFOX GAMES. Users are required to check and comply with the rules of such third party sites.

• 17.3. The user understands and agrees that REDFOX GAMES sends products, services or other related commercial information to the user by email, SMS or other means.

18.Others

• 18.1. The laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement. If any content of this agreement is in conflict with the law, the provisions of the law shall prevail.

• 18.2. The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement, in part or in whole, shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

• 18.3. Any notice that REDFOX GAMES needs to send to users, etc. can be sent through the REDFOX GAMES official website (www.191game.com) announcement, email, page announcement, telephone or other means that REDFOX GAMES deems appropriate. If the terms and conditions of this agreement are changed, the content/method of products or services provided by REDFOX GAMES is changed, or other important notices are given, REDFOX GAMES will send notices to users in the above-mentioned forms. Once the notice is sent, it is deemed to be delivered, and users should check the relevant content in time.
